Cargo Types and Specification

Please arrange for the cargo to be packed such that it can withstand ocean transportation and is stackable.
For special shipments such as long cargo, heavy cargo, tall cargo, and cargo that cannot be stacked or for which stacking is prohibited, the basic condition for accepting such shipments is that they be packed in cases. Additional charges will be incurred for each of these services, so please contact our sales representatives or customer service for details.

Unstackable / Stacking prohibited cargo

Due to the nature of consolidated shipments, only items that can be stacked on top of each other can be accepted. Additional charges will be incurred in cases where the shipment is not flat at the top, packed with uneven tops and sides, packed with poor packing strength, or cannot be stacked. Please note that we cannot guarantee that cargo will not be stacked on routes where container repacking is required at overseas locations.

Consolidation-incompatible cargo

Due to the nature of consolidated shipping, we may not be able to accept unpacked cargo, cargo with packing that is too weak to withstand consolidated ocean shipping, cargo with packing that may damage other items due to protrusions, odors, etc., or cargo with packing that does not meet shipping requirements. In addition, such items may incur additional charges if we are able to handle them.
